This program is designed specifically for graduates of the MasterGrief Grief Coaching Certification who are ready to turn their training into a real, ethical, sustainable business—without burnout, confusion, or overcomplication.

Program Overview

This is a 12-week container that includes:

  • A 30-day online business foundations course (self-paced but structured)

  • 3 private 1:1 business coaching sessions with Toni (scheduled after course completion)

  • Clear action steps to move from certified to confidently in business

  • Personal guidance, accountability, and real-world strategy

Because this includes private sessions, enrollment is extremely limited.

  • Packages vs. single sessions

  • What not to offer early on

Outcome: You have a clear, confident offer you can explain in one sentence.

Week 3: Getting Clients (Without Being Salesy)

  • How clients actually find grief coaches

  • Simple visibility strategies that feel aligned

  • Referral pathways, partnerships, and community access

  • Talking about your work without oversharing or self-abandonment

Outcome: You know exactly how to start attracting clients in a way that feels human.

Week 4: Systems, Structure & Sustainability

  • Basic business setup (payments, scheduling, boundaries)

  • Client onboarding and retention

  • Avoiding compassion fatigue and over-giving

  • Creating a business that supports your life—not consumes it

Outcome: You are set up to operate cleanly, professionally, and sustainably.

Private Business Coaching with Toni (Weeks 5–12)

After completing the online course, each coach receives:

3 Private 1:1 Business Sessions with Toni
