Not at all. This program is designed for both beginners and experienced professionals. Whether you're brand new to the grief space or already supporting others, the course will meet you where you are and provide the tools to deepen your knowledge and confidence.

On average, you’ll want to set aside 2–3 hours per week. The course is completely self-paced and virtual, so you can move through it on your schedule. Some students move faster, while others take their time—there’s no rush, and you’ll have lifetime access to the materials.
